As President, Aerospace & Defense, Senior Vice President East Mr. Brophy is responsible for Aerospace & Defense and our East Coast Operations.

Mr. Brophy brings over 20 years’ experience as a leader with a deep background in operations, supply chain, multi-site operations, manufacturing, logistics, and lean principles. Prior to his role with SMTC, Mr. Brophy worked for ACT Manufacturing and Mack Technologies. Mr. Brophy most recently worked in the Aerospace and Defense industry with Leonardo DRS for 15 years.

Mr. Brophy is a Lean Six Sigma Black belt and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Salve Regine University in New Port, RI.
