As the Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing, Mr. Wegman is responsible for managing the company's sales and marketing functions. Mr. Wegman brings to SMTC Corporation an extensive track record of success in sales and marketing that he built over a 30-year career. Prior to joining SMTC in October 2018, Mr. Wegman in his most recent assignment at Avnet, a global technology solutions company with annual sales approaching $20 billion, led sales teams in the U.S. and Canada.

Mr. Wegman earned his Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Economics and Computer Sciences at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
