SMTC Corporation respects your right to privacy. When you provide SMTC with your name, e-mail address, mailing address, or telephone number and do not ‘opt out,’ SMTC may use the information to alert you to press releases, events, new services and other information. If you do not want SMTC to contact you, you may “opt out” of this preference at any time, either online or by phone. You’ll have the option to opt back in at any time. SMTC does not sell user information to third parties. We may need to disclose personal information if required by law.

What information do we collect?

In general, we collect business information that we believe will lead to deeper relationships with our clients and vendors or to promote our services. How does SMTC use your information?

SMTC also offers a ‘Client’ portal login for clients to upload files to a secure location on our server. In order to grant access, clients may be asked to provide information. If you change your e-mail or physical address, please contact SMTC and include both your old and new addresses. We may also hire other companies to provide limited services for us. If we decide to do so, we will only provide the customer information the company needs in order to fulfill that service. They will not be allowed to use that information in any other way.
